Lake Francis Village Condominium Association, Inc. Official Community Website Welcome (welcome packet) to the Lake Francis Community Site. Lake Francis is a beautiful community seated in the heart of Errol Estates, situated on a lake populated with black birds, sand pipers, starlings, a bald eagle, turkey vultures, herons, and dozens of other birds. Each home is unique and spacious.
This site is a joint effort by board members to consolidate resources for our community members. You will be able to find the electronic copies of our community Covenants, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations, Budgets, Calendars, Agendas, past Minutes, Committee efforts, newsletters, event lists, and an archive of older postings on the site. Please feel free to contribute as you see fit. If we can incorporate your input, we will! Since this site is in its infancy, you can expect to see a few quiet pages, but we will be working to add and contribute as often as possible. Keep checking back.
